Diamond in the Rough

For those of you without night vision, here is a picture of the house we are buying in the daylight. It looks prettier at night! Just think of it as our "diamond in the rough". We have many plans starting with the swamp cooler on the front steps. Adios. Picture a picket fence, flower beds and new grass to begin with. It's all up from here :-)
