My friend Susan told me about this easy, foolproof method for delicious bread. I had a gift certificate from Amazon.com so I decided to buy the book.I made my dough yesterday (really, super-easy) and baked my first loaf today.
Wow~~good bread, yummy crust and a very pretty loaf overall.
I hear it gets tastier with every batch. I will cut down on the salt just a bit. Overall, good book, good bread and easy--very easy!
