Tomorrow (Sunday) I will be manning an Aid Station for the Lake County Triathlon One-O-One. We will supply liquid hydration for the athletes that are competing in a swim, bike, run event. This is a big deal for Lakeport. Library Park is buzzing as we speak. There are athletes from all over the globe assembled here for this event!
Who says it's boring to live in the country??
