For those of you who know me well, you know I have never been fond of the hymn Amazing Grace. It is mostly because we attended churches that just dragged the life out of this great hymn. I mean, how can you mindlessly sing "My chains are gone, I've been set free"??
Well, you also might have noticed this great song on my play list if you have been on my blog long enough.
Take the time to rent the movie "Amazing Grace". You won't be sorry. It is not some boring baptist movie (sorry to all my boring baptist friends), but it is alive with anti-slavery, pro-Life messages that will leave you cheering. (or at least breaking forth into the first four verses of Amazing Grace)
