I tried to get a head start on tomorrow's lessons tonight and came to a halt when I read about our Science lesson. Tyler has to create a yeast/sugar/water mixture in a bottle and then place a balloon over the bottle spout. (see above)
I got to thinking about the yeast (leaven) in our lives and how it takes just the right environment to grow. One small complaint; something on the plate that doesn't look appetizing; the person in front of us with 17 items when the sign clearly says 15...
Ouch. Before we know it, our "balloon" is full of hot air~~ready to explode.
Something to ponder on.
