I'm not quite sure about "Ireland Forever" but this wasn't a bad meal. This is the first attempt I have made at corned beef and the traditional sides. I did add an nontraditional corn muffin to the menu to please those who don't care for the usual.Before I left for work today I placed the beef brisket in my slow cooker and set it on low. When I arrived home this afternoon I added the remaining ingredients and by 5:00 we had a yummy dinner going on!
I'm looking at my calendar to see what holidays are coming up and what I can research and cook. Hmm...April Fools Day, Palm Sunday, Passover :-)
